How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing us from your account email address. Full instructions, including what gets deleted and how long it takes, are on the account deletion page.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email support@zor.training (auto-filled from domain purchase — founder verify routing works) from your account email address and ask for a data export. We'll send you your data (profile, programs, workout history, and check-ins) in a machine-readable format within [30 days ⚠️FOUNDER — confirm timeline; there is no self-serve export in the app yet].

Why didn't my workout sync? / Does the app work offline?

Yes — Zor is built for gyms with bad signal. If you have no connection, your sets and check-ins are saved on your phone and upload automatically the next time the app is open with a connection. You don't need to do anything. If something looks missing after you're back online, open the app, leave it in the foreground for a moment, and it will catch up. Still missing? Email us — don't delete the app, as that would remove the unsynced data stored on the device.

I found a bug / something looks wrong

How much does Zor cost? / Subscriptions

⚠️FOUNDER — placeholder. Current plan of record: the self-coached experience (your own programs, workout logging, recovery dashboard) is free; paid tiers (AI coaching, human-coach seats) come later. Write this section when pricing ships; if there is no paid tier at launch, say "Zor is currently free" and remove the rest.

How do I reset my password?
