Strength training, done properly.
Zor builds you a periodized training program and adjusts it as you go — from your logged sets, your reported effort, and your day-to-day recovery. Training science, not vibes.
It adapts to how you actually recover.
Your program is a planned sequence of 4–6 week blocks — hypertrophy, strength — designed backwards from your goal: a show, a meet, a fight.
Every set carries an effort target, and every set you log records the effort you actually hit. That RPE is the engine of the whole system.
A daily check-in and a fitness–fatigue model track how recovered you really are — so training load per muscle group stays productive, not punishing.
Built on training science.
Periodized programs
Programs are planned sequences of 4–6 week blocks — hypertrophy, strength — designed backwards from your goal date: a show, a meet, a fight.
RPE, taken seriously
Every set has an effort target, and every set you log records the effort you actually hit. RPE is the engine of the whole system — not a footnote.
Recovery intelligence
A daily check-in and a fitness–fatigue model track how recovered you really are, so training load per muscle group stays productive — not punishing.
Works offline
Basements, dead zones, airplane mode: log your whole workout with no signal and Zor syncs it when you're back online.
Loads, learned from you
Every set arrives with a suggested weight, worked out from your own logged reps and effort rather than a generic percentage chart. The estimate of your strength sharpens per exercise as you train, so back-off and top sets land where they should.
Volume, per muscle
Zor tallies every hard set you do across the 15 muscle groups each week — including the partial credit an exercise earns for the muscles it works indirectly — so your weekly volume per muscle is a count, not a guess.
زور · zor
— Zor is Persian for strength and force. The same word runs through Urdu and Hindi — zor lagao, "push hard" — and in Turkish it came to mean "difficult." Strength and difficulty in one syllable: about right for what happens under the bar.
Coached by a human? Zor is for that too.
Coach tools are coming: authoring and assigning programs, reviewing every logged set, and watching each client's recovery — all in one place. If your coach sent you an invite link, it will bring you right here.
